The work they performed was professional, the attention to detail exceptional and they worked a full eight hours each day. Pleasant and industrious workers with real skill. We got multiple estimates before making our decision, and HomeCraft was hands down the most knowledgeable and professional group we spoke with. They made us feel confident from day one — and that confidence never wavered throughout the entire project. The transformation is just stunning. We went floor-to-ceiling tile, a completely custom shower door, and beautiful new flooring throughout. Before engaging with Homecraft Remodeling ("HR"), my house felt like a lengthy to-do list that I just couldn't find time for or was totally unqualified to do myself. I felt overwhelmed and weighed down. After meeting with multiple contractors and getting estimates, I decided to go with HR for a scaled-down version of that overwhelming to-do list. It was a test. I told them if I liked their work on a bathroom remodel, I would use them for other projects. Much to my delight, they passed the test!! I was very pleased with the quality of their work. They not only earned my trust, but additional work. HR helped me with a: bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, installed vinyl plank flooring throughout, and painted the entire inside of my house. In short, they transformed my house from a lengthy to-do list to my sanctuary once again. Homecraft Remodeling continues to be on my call list for future projects at my residence. If you're considering a basement remodel, I can't recommend HomeCraft enough. Our project included multiple rooms, a custom bar, a bedroom, and a full bathroom, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Not only was the project completed ahead of schedule, but it also came in under budget, and we even received a refund for the remaining balance at the end. That level of honesty and transparency is hard to find. Jason and his team were incredible. They were always punctual, kept the work area clean, and were unbelievably professional throughout the entire process. Alan handled the project planning, material selection, and communication, and he made everything easy. He was responsive, organized, and a pleasure to work with. We interviewed several companies before making our decision, but HomeCraft's presentation, attention to detail, and design assistance set them apart from everyone else. Choosing them was one of the best decisions we made for our home. We couldn't be happier with the finished basement. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, and the final result is even better than we imagined. We will absolutely recommend HomeCraft to all of our friends and family and look forward to working with them again on future projects. Homecraft met my expectations and more. We started with a detailed list of items to be completed and ended with a checklist of items accomplished. Their superintendent, Jason Stoots, was very conscientious in keeping me posted about the overall schedule and daily plans. Jason would find a solution to my many questions and the talented worker’s skills got the tasks done. I am greatly impressed by the diligence and professionalism demonstrated by the workers who visited my home each day. Their attention to details showed in the beautiful craftsmanship of many projects. The workers were always cordial, considerate of my house, pets, and family. Though it was challenging at times to have “my space” torn up, I will always remember the Homecraft people.
